I have been training with Louise since July 2017, I had a lot of hesitations & doubts about trying a gym again, which is why I opted for a personal trainer to keep me motivated and determined. What I didn’t realise is how the right personal trainer, nutritionist, mentor, coach & also friend can change your life! I hated “Gym” but with Louise & the Lifestyle Studio it doesn’t feel like a gym, it feels like a place where a group of like minded people meet twice, three times or more a week and workout together at the same time as Getting fit & having fun. I started out on 3 days a week & now go 5 days a week, I never thought I’d say this, but it’s what I look forward to the most each week, not only does Louise help me reach my goals whilst I’m in the gym but she always has her clients on her mind, & constantly trying to evolve not just our fitness regime but our whole healthy life regime! I could not speak more highly about Louise to recommend her & I know anyone who meets her will love her like I do, she has literally changed my life & I’m so grateful I made that first phone call to meet her!

I’ve never been a “gym” person, but I really look forward to exercising with Louise. My fitness, strength and general health has improved beyond my expectations and this fitness has enhanced my yoga and has helped me come through a sudden unexpected surgery. MORE ABOUT LOUISE

Louise studied nutrition at Deakin University and is an internationally accredited fitness trainer with the Fitness Institute of Australia. Her own health journey involved a massive 25kg weight loss transformation and she now coaches others to live an active life. Louise’s story is truly inspirational.
