Finally, I have a body I love. Is it exactly how I want it to look? If I’m honest – not yet, but it is healthy and fit and I have learned to love the journey! My weight loss journey has seen my size reduce from a size 16-18 down to a size 10 – but more importantly I now live an active healthy life.*
At 37 I was obese. It’s still hard for me to even admit that. Fast forward 5 years and now I am a qualified female personal trainer Sydney with a Graduate Certificate in Human Nutrition from Deakin University.
I have what many fitness instructors and personal trainers don’t. I understand the struggle with weight. I understand the fear of going to a gym. I am much more than a fitness instructor, even more than a health coach – I am your Health and Fitness Mentor.
